When will my MantraMeds products arrive?

Shipping: FOB Greenville, South Carolina. Stock orders ship within 24 hours (subject to availability), excluding Friday or day prior to Holiday, by USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Standard shipping times are typically 3 to 5 business days to most locations.  

Rush Orders: Rush orders can be processed but are subject to additional charges. Processing time and cost are variable and dependent on available production space and job complexity.

Custom Orders: Orders needing customization or private label orders are subject to lead-times as production times apply.  Please contact Customer Care for more details.

What kind of terms do you offer?

Terms: We accept credit card payments: VISA/MC/AMEX. For Wholesale or Corporate accounts MantraMeds will establish net 30-day terms after credit review and approval. For more information please Contact Customer Care via e-mail at and please request Terms in the Subject Line.

How do you stand behind your products?

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or full refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in their original condition and packaging.

Standing behind a product before its worn is common but unlike most companies MantraMeds stands behind its products while you wear them too. Now that’s a healthy guarantee.

If at any time during the life of one of our products it does not perform to your satisfaction because of defects in materials or workmanship, you may return it for a repair or replacement. So the question is did you have a run in with an ornery laundry or have a rough day at the office? Unfortunately we can’t cover accidents or normal wear and tear.


How do I return a product?

To make a return contact MantraMeds customer care at Please detail the reason for your return and include your name and order # in your e-mail. We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA#)
The RA # must be visible on the outside of the package being returned. Products being returned for exchange or refund must be in the original condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging to be processed. Once your return is received and inspected by the MantraMeds team (within about 72 hours of receipt), your return will be processed and you will receive an e-mail notification.
Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Exchanges will be shipped at no charge within 24 hours depending on product availability. Shipments can be expected to arrive within 4 to 5 business days of notification. Customers returning worn products that are defective will be contacted by customer care via e-mail and informed of their repair or replacement options.
Discrepancies: Notify customer service of any discrepancies, including damages, shortages, or incorrect fulfillment. Claims must be submitted within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Quality: MantraMeds makes every effort to ship you the highest quality goods in the styles and colors you request. Due to the nature of our product, we allow for slight variances in color, texture and design. To ensure that you are always getting our best products, MantraMeds reserves the right to change or improve the details of our products without prior notice.
Customized Returns:  MantraMeds cannot accept the return of in house tailored, embroidered or imprinted merchandise for size, color or style exchanges. If embellishing or tailoring on your own please check your orders very carefully confirming your satisfaction before embellishing on your own.  Once you have tailored or embellished them on your own they will not be returnable for exchange or refund for any reason.

What is your customer privacy policy?

  1. MantraMeds will not distribute your personal information to any outside entity without your consent. We may disclose your personal information under limited circumstances if we conclude that law requires us or have a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of MantraMeds, its customers or the public.
  2. When you register, place an order or provide your personal information to us for any other business purpose, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. We may also request additional information. We use this information to process your requests and to communicate with you about your orders. From time to time, we may use your name and contact information to notify you of changes to the web site, new releases, special offers and events we think you'll find valuable. There is clear information contained in all e-mails and in your "My Account" area about how to remove your e-mail address from these mailings.
  3. All of the customer data we collect is stored on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access.
  4. MantraMeds will track visits to the pages and links on our websites so we can make decisions about the design and usage of the website. While we may choose to share aggregate information on consumer behavior to third parties, none of these statistics contain personally identifying information.
  5. Our websites use cookies to identify our registered members when they return to the site. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies enable us to provide special features such as storing items in your shopping cart between visits. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but most allow you to prevent that by making a change to the browser options. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your shopping cart and purchasing them.
  6. You may view, update or change information related to your MantraMeds account. Visit the My Account page and enter your account using your email address and password. Then visit the My Account section of the website to view and update your information.

The CAN-SPAM Act: Requirements for Commercial E mailers

The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act) establishes requirements for those who send commercial email, spells out penalties for spammers and companies whose products are advertised in spam if they violate the law, and gives consumers the right to ask e mailers to stop spamming them.
The law, which became effective January 1, 2004, covers email whose primary purpose is advertising or promoting a commercial product or service, including content on a Web site. A "transactional or relationship message" – email that facilitates an agreed-upon transaction or updates a customer in an existing business relationship – may not contain false or misleading routing information, but otherwise is exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is authorized to enforce the CAN-SPAM Act. CAN-SPAM also gives the Department of Justice (DOJ) the authority to enforce its criminal sanctions. Other federal and state agencies can enforce the law against organizations under their jurisdiction, and companies that provide Internet access may sue violators, as well.

What the Law Requires

Here's a rundown of the law's main provisions:

  • It bans false or misleading header information. Your email's "From," "To," and routing information – including the originating domain name and email address – must be accurate and identify the person who initiated the email.
  • It prohibits deceptive subject lines. The subject line cannot mislead the recipient about the contents or subject matter of the message.
  • It requires that your email give recipients an opt-out method. You must provide a return email address or another Internet-based response mechanism that allows a recipient to ask you not to send future email messages to that email address, and you must honor the requests. You may create a "menu" of choices to allow a recipient to opt out of certain types of messages, but you must include the option to end any commercial messages from the sender. Any opt-out mechanism you offer must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after you send your commercial email. When you receive an opt-out request, the law gives you 10 business days to stop sending email to the requestor's email address. You cannot help another entity send email to that address, or have another entity send email on your behalf to that address. Finally, it's illegal for you to sell or transfer the email addresses of people who choose not to receive your email, even in the form of a mailing list, unless you transfer the addresses so another entity can comply with the law.
  • It requires that commercial email be identified as an advertisement and include the sender's valid physical postal address. Your message must contain clear and conspicuous notice that the message is an advertisement or solicitation and that the recipient can opt out of receiving more commercial email from you. It also must include your valid physical postal address.
